Content Removal Request

If you appear on Su Página Azul and want us to correct or remove the information published about you, you can request it here. We handle all requests as a priority and confidentially.

How to submit a request

Write to us through our contact page with the subject line "Content removal" and include:

• The address (URL) of the page you want corrected or removed.
• What you want us to do: correct a fact, remove an image or remove the entire story.
• A way to confirm that you are the person mentioned or their representative, for example, a message from your official Instagram, TikTok or X account.

What happens next

We verify your identity to prevent fake requests and, once it is confirmed, we remove or correct the content, normally within a maximum of 72 business hours. We will let you know when it's done.
