Short answer: "página azul" (blue page), "YouTube azul" (blue YouTube), "app azul" and "Only" are Spanish nicknames for OnlyFans, the subscription content platform. Around them you'll find other terms such as PPV, tips, VIP or free profile. Here they all are in alphabetical order, along with the warnings worth knowing.
In TikTok, Instagram and X comments, Spanish speakers talk about subscription platforms in a language of their own, full of nicknames and abbreviations. This glossary gathers the most searched terms and defines each one in a few words. For the full story behind the main term, read what is a página azul.
A
App azul
"Blue app," another name for OnlyFans, after the color of its logo. It's mostly used in videos and comments where people would rather not type the platform's name.
C
Content creator (creadora or creador de contenido)
Someone who posts photos, videos or messages for an audience and gets paid for it, through subscriptions, advertising or one-off sales. On a página azul, the creator is the person who opens the profile, sets the price and decides what to share.
Cuenta azul
"Blue account," the same as "página azul": a person's OnlyFans profile. "¿Tiene cuenta azul?" ("does she have a blue account?") means exactly the same as "¿tiene página azul?".
Cuenta verificada (verified account)
It has two meanings. On OnlyFans, it's a creator profile whose identity and age the platform checked before allowing payouts. On social media, it's an account with the verification badge. The safest way to tell whether a página azul is real is to check that it's linked from the person's verified account; we explain how in how to spot fake OnlyFans accounts.
F
Fansly
A subscription platform similar to OnlyFans. It also charges a 20% fee, allows several subscription tiers and has its own search. It's sometimes included when people talk about "páginas azules." The differences are in OnlyFans vs Fansly.
Filtración (leak)
Paid content that someone copies and spreads without the creator's permission. It's not a "free shortcut": it violates the creator's rights, can be a crime and almost always comes with scams or malware. Su Página Azul never links to leaks.
L
Ley Olimpia (Olimpia Law)
A set of reforms passed in Mexico that punish the distribution of intimate content without consent and recognize digital violence. It's named after activist Olimpia Coral Melo; Mexico's Chamber of Deputies approved the federal version in April 2021. In Spain, the Criminal Code also punishes this conduct.
O
OF
An abbreviation of OnlyFans seen in bios and comments, especially in English.
Only
The shortest and most common way to say OnlyFans in Spanish. "Abrió su Only" means "she opened an account on the platform."
P
Página azul
"Blue page," the best-known nickname for OnlyFans, after its blue color. "Tener página azul" means having a profile there and charging followers for exclusive content. It's used in Spain and across Latin America.
Pagina azul, paginaazul and página azúl
Spelling variants of the same term. The correct Spanish form is "página azul," with an accent on "página" and written as two words; "azul" takes no accent. Search engines treat them all as the same thing.
Páginas azules
The plural: OnlyFans accounts in general and, by extension, accounts on similar platforms such as Fansly.
Página rosa
"Pink page," a term some people use for subscription platforms other than OnlyFans. It has no single or official meaning, so don't take it for granted.
Perfil gratuito (free profile)
An account you can follow without paying a subscription. It usually shows limited content, and the creator charges separately for messages or posts. Be wary of sites promising a "free página azul": they're almost always scams.
Plataforma azul
"Blue platform," yet another nickname for OnlyFans, used just like "página azul" or "app azul."
PPV
Short for pay-per-view: messages or posts that are paid for separately, on top of the subscription. For many creators they bring in as much as the monthly subscription; you can see how the numbers change in the OnlyFans earnings calculator.
Propinas (tips)
Voluntary payments a subscriber sends to a creator, for example as thanks for a post. The platform also takes its 20% from tips.
S
Suscripción (subscription)
The monthly payment that unlocks a creator's profile. On OnlyFans, each creator sets a price between $4.99 and $49.99 a month, and the platform keeps 20%.
T
Telegram groups
Channels that promise creators' content "for free" or for a small fee. They're among the most common sources of scams: they charge for material that doesn't exist, ask for personal data or share malicious links, and when they do spread real content, they do it without permission. We cover the risks in OnlyFans leaks on Telegram: the risks.
V
VIP
A label some creators use for their paid profile when they also have a free one, or for a group of subscribers with extra access. It isn't an officially named feature: each creator uses it in her own way.
Y
YouTube azul
"Blue YouTube," a nickname that compares OnlyFans with YouTube: both are built on creators posting for their followers, but on the blue one access is paid. It's one of the most searched ways to mention the platform without typing its name.
Before you look for a página azul
Many of these nicknames were born to get around social media moderation, and that makes them fertile ground for fake accounts. Always check that the profile is linked from the person's official social media, and never pay through groups or middlemen. In our profiles, we verify with sources who has, had or denied having a página azul; you can browse profiles by country and city.
