Esme La Chapina and her OnlyFans: from viral YouTube videos to singer, businesswoman and platform creator

Does Esme La Chapina have OnlyFans?

Yes. Esme La Chapina, whose name is Sandra Esmeralda Sanabria, is a Guatemalan influencer with an OnlyFans account (the platform nicknamed the “página azul,” or blue page, in Latin America). Publinews identifies her as a Guatemalan influencer and OnlyFans model in reports from 2024, 2025 and 2026, and Emisoras Unidas reported back in August 2023 that she was promoting her profile on social media herself. None of the outlets we checked published the exact date she opened the account or a subscription price, so we do not give those details.

Who is Esme La Chapina?

She is one of the most talked-about internet personalities in Guatemala. According to Emisoras Unidas, she comes from Chiquimulilla, in the department of Santa Rosa, and her persona came about almost by accident: she uploaded a video with no plan to work on social media, it went viral and her friends encouraged her to keep filming. The second video also spread widely, and since then her name has appeared regularly in the country's entertainment press. In her early days she called herself “La Chispuda,” according to Publinews.

National fame came in 2019, when she ran onto the field at the Estadio Nacional during a match between the national teams of Guatemala and Puerto Rico. Publinews recalled in January 2026 that she filmed the whole day herself, from waiting in the stands until security staff escorted her out, and that her YouTube channel gained a much larger audience from then on.

In an interview cited by Emisoras Unidas, she said she left her hometown at 14 to make her own way, that her mother taught her to be humble and that the happiest day of her life was the birth of her son, known to her followers as “El Colocho Chapín.” In August 2026 she shared a detail that surprised her audience: while getting an ID document in El Salvador she confirmed she was born in that country, although she grew up in Guatemala and said she feels proudly Guatemalan, according to Emisoras Unidas.

Her time on OnlyFans

The earliest mention we found in a serious outlet dates from 2023. That August, Emisoras Unidas reported that Esme had used part of her earnings from the platform to buy a vehicle, and that in one post she invited followers to spend their mid-year bonus on her “página azul.” The same outlet noted that, months earlier, Mexican creator Karely Ruiz brought her on stage during a visit to Guatemala.

Since then Publinews has usually introduced her with the same OnlyFans model label, whether the story is about her music, her house or her travels. She describes her work broadly: when saying goodbye to Guatemala in 2024 she said she had created content for every platform and social network. Her official Instagram profile is @esmelachapina, the account Soy502 linked in its September 2024 report.

Music, travel and business

Beyond social media, Esme presents herself as a singer. In October 2024 she released “Flow europeo,” recorded during a trip through Europe, and offered a thousand quetzales to whoever made the best dance to the song, according to Emisoras Unidas. In January 2025 she released “Sugar Daddy,” which Publinews described as a video full of luxury cars, handbags and perfumes.

In late September 2024 she tearfully announced that she was leaving Guatemala indefinitely with her son, heading to a country she had dreamed of visiting since childhood. Publinews, Soy502 and Emisoras Unidas followed the farewell; days later she revealed she was in Italy and left open the possibility of living in Spain. In January 2025 she gave a video tour of the house she bought for her son and wrote that, eight years after raising him alone, she had managed to give him what his father never did.

Her goals also include school and food. In January 2026 she answered claims that she had dropped out of university by showing law books, including the Civil Code, and repeated that she wants to graduate as a lawyer, according to Publinews. After a first ceviche shop, in late March 2026 she opened her own restaurant, a project she had shown on social media for months, Emisoras Unidas reported. In December 2025 she introduced footballer David Archila as her partner. See more cases from the country in our Guatemala section or read the profile of Kaeelen García, another Guatemalan creator.
