Every time an influencer starts trending, dozens of accounts pop up claiming to be her "página azul" (Colombian slang for OnlyFans). Most of them are fake: they use stolen photos to charge for subscriptions, ask for payments outside the platform or steal people's data. Here's how to recognize them before you pay.
Signs that an account is fake
- It isn't linked from her official social media. Real creators put the link in the bio of their verified Instagram, TikTok or X account.
- They message you first in a private message, offering content or discounts.
- They ask for payments outside the platform, through Colombian wallet apps like Nequi or Daviplata, bank transfers or gift cards.
- The username has odd variations, such as hyphens, numbers or repeated letters.
- The photos are old or cropped from other posts.
- They promise "all the content" or "packs" for a flat price on Telegram or WhatsApp.
How to verify the official account
- Go to the creator's verified profile on Instagram, TikTok or X.
- Check the link in her bio or her Linktree.
- Make sure the username matches the one on OnlyFans or Fansly exactly.
- If you're not sure, check her profile on Su Página Azul: there we list her official social media accounts and the source of every fact.
The most common scams
Telegram groups with "leaks"
They charge a subscription or an entry fee to see supposedly leaked content. Often they deliver nothing, sell fake material or ask for more payments. On top of that, sharing intimate content without consent can be a crime in Colombia. We explain this in why you shouldn't look for leaks on Telegram.
Links with viruses
Pages that promise free access to content but actually download malware or ask for your login details.
Impersonation over chat
Profiles that pose as the creator on WhatsApp or Instagram to ask for money, phone top-ups or bank details.
What to do if you've already been scammed
- Don't make any more payments or send any personal information.
- Block and report the account on the social network where they contacted you.
- If you paid by card, contact your bank to report the purchase.
- Save screenshots and, if you lost money, file a report with the police or the Fiscalía (Colombia's Attorney General's Office).
If you're a creator and someone is impersonating you
Report the fake account on the platform where it appears, warn your followers through your official social media and keep evidence. If someone publishes false information about you on this site, you can request a correction or removal on our content removal request page.
