Brittney Palmer and her OnlyFans: the UFC's most famous Octagon Girl has an account

Does Brittney Palmer have OnlyFans?

Yes. Brittney Palmer, described by Fox News as arguably the most famous Octagon Girl in UFC history, has an OnlyFans account (nicknamed the “página azul,” or blue page, in Latin America). OutKick, Fox’s sports site, followed the teasers she shared on social media in 2022 and 2023 to promote her page, and Sportico reported in December 2023 that, as she retired from the UFC, she struck a partnership with OnlyFans. The media have not published her subscription price.

Who is Brittney Palmer?

For 16 years she was a fixture at UFC events, the world’s biggest mixed martial arts league: she was the one walking around the Octagon with the card that announces each round. Her popularity earned her the Ringcard Girl of the Year award at the World MMA Awards six times, according to Fox News.

In December 2023, while accepting that award for the fourth year in a row, she announced her retirement. Her last night was UFC 296 in Las Vegas, and she said goodbye by leaving her shorts on the floor, the way fighters do when they hang up their gloves. She thanked the UFC, Dana White and the fans for the travel and friendships that chapter gave her.

Outside the Octagon she is a model and a painter. Fox News notes that her work has been shown in Los Angeles, New York and Milan, and Sportico explained that after leaving the UFC she planned to focus on her art business and other ventures of her own.

Her relationship with OnlyFans

OutKick ran several stories about the previews Palmer posted on Instagram to bring followers to her page, including one in April 2023 about a pink-themed shoot. The outlet described her, alongside Arianny Celeste, as one of the two best-known ring girls in combat sports, and explained that her audience opened the door to brand deals and to selling exclusive content.

In her interview with Sportico, already retired, she discussed her new partnership with OnlyFans and the business lessons she learned in her career. The relationship continued in 2026: in May, Marca showed a video of her painting a mural in Miami featuring three creators from the platform, a project that combines both sides of her career.
