Holly Madison and her OnlyFans: Hugh Hefner's ex had an account and closed it

Does Holly Madison have OnlyFans?

Not anymore. Holly Madison, the former Playboy model who became famous on the reality show The Girls Next Door, opened an OnlyFans account (nicknamed the “página azul,” or blue page, in Latin America) in 2020 and kept it for a couple of years. Decider, part of the New York Post group, reported in March 2024 that the account had since been deleted. She has said she never posted explicit content.

Who is Holly Madison?

She is one of the best-known faces of the Playboy Mansion era. From 2001 to 2008 she was the girlfriend of Hugh Hefner, the magazine’s founder, and together with Kendra Wilkinson and Bridget Marquardt she starred in The Girls Next Door, the reality show about life inside the mansion.

After splitting from Hefner she starred in Las Vegas in the hit burlesque revue Peep Show. Today she focuses mainly on true crime: she hosts and executive produces Lethally Blonde on Investigation Discovery and hosts the podcast The Girls Next Level, according to the Daily Mail.

Her time on OnlyFans

When she joined the platform in 2020, OnlyFans itself welcomed her on Twitter, presenting her as someone who had come to tell her story and connect with fans, Decider recalls. In a promotional interview that year, quoted by the Daily Mail, she described the site as a very positive space for learning what her audience wanted to see.

Her enthusiasm faded over time. In 2022 she told actress Christy Carlson Romano that she liked the platform but was not very motivated by it, because her priority was the podcast and other projects. She called it a good side income and acknowledged it had helped her confidence and given her photos she loved, though she figured she would have earned more had she agreed to post explicit content.

What she said on “Lethally Blonde”

In the first episode of the second season of her series, which premiered in March 2024, Madison spoke openly about that period. She explained that the appeal of OnlyFans is that each creator works independently and in her own way. She also said some subscribers asked her by direct message for more revealing photos and that she chose not to, although she understands that someone who needs the money may feel pressure to cross that line. According to the Daily Mail, she only did glamour-style shoots.

Other figures linked to American TV who have been on the platform include Shanna Moakler and Carmen Electra. More profiles in our United States section.
