Does Karen Paniagua have OnlyFans?
Not anymore. Karen Paniagua had an OnlyFans account (nicknamed the “página azul,” or blue page, in Latin America) for several years, but closed it when she moved into politics and sought to run for Congress in Peru's 2026 election. According to América TV, she agreed to close it because the party that had invited her asked her to, and she confirmed it to Trome in January 2026, saying the chance to run for deputy “made a change” in her. In April 2026 she summed up that period on Instagram with a line quoted by Infobae: “I was on OnlyFans and I'm not ashamed.”
Who is Karen Paniagua?
Karen Paniagua is an influencer from Lima who became known on social media; in 2024 La República credited her with more than a million TikTok followers, where she started out posting healthy dessert recipes. In her January 2026 interview with Trome she described her main TikTok channel, with almost 700,000 followers, as a place where she gives relationship advice to men. Before OnlyFans she worked as a model and event hostess.
She has unfinished university studies: she told Trome she studied organizational psychology at ESAN and business administration at UPC, leaving both for lack of time. Today she presents herself as a businesswoman and says that training helped her run her companies.
Her years on OnlyFans
In August 2024 she told La República she had been on the platform for more than three years and that with those earnings she bought her first apartment and later invested in other properties and businesses. She admitted the hardest parts were “what people will say,” her family's reaction and the risk of her content being shared without her permission.
She gave Trome more detail in 2026. By her own account, her best year was 2022, when she says she made more than 20,000 dollars a month, a figure that later fell because, she explained, some subscribers stop following creators over time. She added that her parents never agreed with that work, although they stood by her. Her first big investment, she recalled, was a business of about 50 vending machines; the restaurants came later.
From OnlyFans to politics
Paniagua told Trome that a senior Avanza País official approached her in early 2025 to offer her a candidacy. She first said no, but in October she agreed to join as a guest candidate, number 13 on the list for the Chamber of Deputies. On November 11, 2025 she announced her run on social media (“I feel ready to contribute,” she said), and her mother, Giovanna Moreno, told Perú21 she would leave OnlyFans to focus on the campaign.
That commitment was part of her deal with the party. “I promised the party I would leave OnlyFans. That was part of the deal,” she said on the TV show Beto a Saber, according to Caretas. Even so, on December 24 Infobae reported that she was no longer on the slate: former congressman César Combina attributed it to internal adjustments after José Williams became the party's presidential candidate. Paniagua later told América TV that she was informed of the decision on the last day of registration and that, in her view, the real reason was her OnlyFans past.
In January 2026 she publicly asked the party to return 5,350 soles she had paid for her registration, according to Caretas; days later she told Trome the money had been returned. Far from stepping back, in that same interview she said she is not closing the door on politics: “I would like to be president of Peru,” she said, adding that she had enrolled to study law at UPN and political science at a European university, both online. She also mentioned the idea of founding her own party.
In April 2026 she received a diploma of honor from Andean Parliament member Javier Arce at a ceremony broadcast on Congress's channels, which drew criticism online. In her response she asked people not to pigeonhole others by their past and said she was focused on her NGO, her restaurants and her studies, according to Infobae.
Her restaurants
Her two restaurants carry her name and started out as pastry shops. According to the Trome interview, the first opened in Miraflores and later moved to Surco, and the largest is in Chorrillos; a third location in Surco closed. “Thanks to OnlyFans I have been able to open two restaurants and do social work,” she said. Her medium-term goal, she added, is to franchise the brand and reach at least ten locations.
Her story resembles that of other Peruvian public figures who left the platform, such as Laura Spoya, Nicola Porcella and Shirley Cherres. See more cases in our Peru section.
