Who is Cynthia Arana?

Her full name is Cynthia Elizabeth Arana Paiz, and she is a singer, model and dancer. According to Radios Guate, she debuted in 2004 at palenques and social and cultural events in Guatemala, and over the years she earned a place of her own in the country's grupera music; Publinews calls her one of the reference voices of the style. Among her songs, the paper mentions “Ingrata soledad.”

Emisoras Unidas notes that she has performed in other Latin American countries and in the United States, that she trained as a singer at two academies, one in Los Angeles (Mundo Maya) and one in her home country (Angélica Rosa), and that in 2009 she received the Sol de Oro and Palmas de Oro awards in Mexico. The same outlet reported in 2025 that she graduated with a degree in physical therapy, a little-known side of her life.

Off stage, she presents herself as a fitness lover and often shares her workouts in Instagram stories, according to Radios Guate. Her following grew quickly: Emisoras Unidas counted about 700,000 Instagram followers in July 2020, Publinews more than one million in 2021, and in July 2025 Emisoras Unidas spoke of more than 1.2 million.

Her move to subscription platforms

The first clear mention dates from July 2020, in the middle of the pandemic lockdown. Emisoras Unidas reported that Arana shared a photo in her stories inviting fans to her OnlyFans page, where she posts exclusive content for adults. In December of that year the same outlet included her in a roundup of Guatemalan models and influencers who had joined OnlyFans and Unlok, placing her on the latter platform.

Publinews returned to the subject in November 2021, explaining that her fame was growing both from her music and from her Instagram posts, and that this was why she had moved to OnlyFans. Three years later, in a story about her dress at the Premios Estela, which honor Guatemalan artists, Radios Guate recalled that she had long been promoting her content on that platform to her followers. No subscription price has been published.
