Cintia Cossio and her OnlyFans: why she stepped away

Does Cintia Cossio have OnlyFans?

She is no longer active. Cintia Cossio, an influencer from Medellín and the sister of Yeferson Cossio, was for years one of the best-known Colombian creators on OnlyFans, nicknamed the “página azul” (blue page) in Colombia, but she has stepped away from the platform: in July 2026 Infobae reported that she had not posted for more than a year and a half, and she explained that her priorities had changed, although she admitted she has not yet made up her mind to leave it for good. When she was active, her subscription cost as much as $23 a month (2023), according to El Tiempo.

Who is Cintia Cossio?

Cintia Cossio is a model, entrepreneur and content creator born in Medellín. She rose to fame with comedy videos on Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and Instagram, many of them alongside her brother, influencer Yeferson Cossio, known for his challenges and his luxury lifestyle.

Her social media career

Before joining OnlyFans, Cintia already had millions of followers thanks to her comedy videos, her workout routines and her travels. That audience was the foundation for her growth on subscription platforms. In 2022 Noticias Caracol reported that she had more than 147,000 subscribers on OnlyFans, and in 2023 El Tiempo cited more than 287,000 followers on the platform. In February 2024, on Tropicana, she summed up her income streams this way: “I monetize through OnlyFans, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook,” according to Semana. Her content on OnlyFans

Cintia has explained that her content changed over time. In an interview covered by El Universal she said she did not start out posting adult content, adding that her strategy has been to “learn to give your audience what it wants.” The price of her subscription varied: Noticias Caracol put it at $15 a month in 2022, and El Tiempo at $23 in 2023.

She has also said that her brother teases her about her work on the platform. In 2024, in an interview with Eva Rey, she joked about which Colombian celebrities she would like to collaborate with, according to Publimetro.

Why she stepped away from OnlyFans

In June 2026 she posted a poll on social media asking her followers whether they thought it was “prudent” for her to return to the platform; more than 200,000 people voted, according to Infobae. She made clear it was not an announcement and admitted her doubts: “I do want to go back, but I don't want to be so explicit.” She also said she feels more mature, in a different stage of her life, and that she planned to decide based largely on her community's advice.

A month later she gave her fullest explanation on Fer Arriella's podcast, recorded in Mexico. According to Infobae and Colombia.com, she attributed her exit to a change in priorities: “Although at some point I thought about going back, I'm now focused on other projects, my businesses and different parts of my personal life.” She said she does not regret that period, from which she says she made “millions of dollars,” and that she always worked within limits agreed with her partner: “I've never collaborated with other people; I did everything on my own and within my own limits.” The figures are her own statements and have not been independently verified.

Joining La Mansión VIP 2

Her new project is a reality show. On November 3, 2026, she was revealed as the eighth confirmed contestant in the second season of La Mansión VIP, the show created by content creator HotSpanish, according to Milenio. She was introduced at a gala dressed as an angel, her face hidden behind a mask; her identity was revealed afterward, among the feathers of her wings. The premiere was scheduled for November 8, and the cast already included Mexico's Karely Ruiz.
