Does Ilia Topuria have OnlyFans?

Yes, with an important caveat: Ilia Topuria has had a profile on OnlyFans (nicknamed the “página azul,” or blue page, in Latin America) since February 2023, and what he posts there is sports content, not adult content. He explained that he had reached an agreement with the platform to upload exclusive MMA and UFC material: fight week, fights and behind-the-scenes footage, according to El Español and Infobae.

El Independiente summed it up by saying his account works by subscription but has nothing racy: he shows his daily life and his training to his most loyal followers.

Who is Ilia Topuria?

He is the fighter known as “El Matador,” one of the most popular athletes in Spain. According to El Independiente, he was born in Halle, Germany, in 1997 to Georgian parents; as a child he moved back to Georgia and at 15 he settled in Alicante, where he has lived and trained since 2012. There his father found a gym so that he and his brother Aleksandre could keep up Greco-Roman wrestling, and they ended up in mixed martial arts.

Before making a living from the sport he worked as a security guard and as a supermarket cashier, the same paper recalls. In February 2024 he knocked out Alexander Volkanovski and became the first Spanish UFC champion, a milestone Infobae compared with the excitement once generated by Fernando Alonso, Rafa Nadal or Pau Gasol. “I feel very Spanish, I also feel Georgian,” he has said of his dual identity.

The OnlyFans deal

The announcement came on February 5, 2023, on his social media. Topuria wrote that he had reached an agreement with the platform and would from then on upload content “related exclusively to MMA / UFC,” according to the quote Infobae reported a year later. El Español presented it as a surprising signing while he waited to learn his next opponent.

OnlyFans has long tried to attract athletes to show it does not only host adult content, and Topuria is the clearest example in Spain. ESdiario reported in December 2024 that he had become one of the most-followed athletes on the platform, with training sessions and motivational talks. Infobae, for its part, highlighted the deal as part of an image designed to appeal to young audiences beyond the octagon. The subscription price has not been published.
